With this project, I helped our client set up a short term plan with long term benefits. I provided expert advice, strategic planning and course materials to help them with implementation.

For this project, I helped my client define the ideal training curriculum and online learning solution for the project. Through strategic planning we were able to achieve a highly successful end result.
TRAINING SYSTEMS ANALYSIS
With this project, I started by conducting a thorough budget and training needs analysis and slowly built a long-term plan for the next few phases. The main goal of this large-scale effort was to sunset a Department of Navy IT System and begin roll-out planning for the replacement.

About the Founder, Dr. Tommi Barrett-Greenly
As Founder of SET I foster a commitment to excellence, providing superior service independently or alongside established experts. I have over 20 years experience in professional development design, technical and educational writing, instructional planning, curriculum development, leadership and training trainers. I provide services in the following industries/fields: aerospace, Department of Defense, K-12, higher education, corporate and sales.
I earned my Doctorate in Education Leadership in 2013 and Master in Education Technology in 2010 from the University of Delaware, in addition to a B.S. in Education and B.A. in English Literary Studies. Before founding SET, I held leadership positions and managed teams in the field of instructional design, following years of successful, awarded teaching in K-20 onsite and online environments. I bring a perspective that combines a passion for improving human performance in training and learning, innovation, vision and strong leadership. Just as importantly, I bring the ability to collaborate successfully with teams and stakeholders - to creatively exceed client expectations.
